Unaware Raghav is walking step to step with her
Sachin: Ji Madam lench se abhi aaye nahi
Rad: LENCH? Bhayya CHAAR baj gaye. Raat ko hum yahi soyenge kya? Aisa roz late lench karte hain Director saab? Aise to chalega nahi. Arindam ji ne unse pichhle hafte baat ki ne
Passers by pause and stare curiously, some check her out, admiringly
Rad ofcourse is in no mood to quit any time soon "Hum jo itna saara research karke aaye hain uska kya? Water sample tests bhi aa chuke hain
Sachin: Woh Madam
Rad: Aap mujhe bolne nahi denge shaayad
Sachin: Madam
Rad: Aap abji phone lagayiye main unke kamre ke bahar dharna karoongi
Poonam: Radz YAHI kar lenge dharna to kal................
Rad: Shsuh Poonam, Sachin ji please aap call karo
Sachin looking at Raghav, who is leaning on the wall and staring at her dumb founded. He has no clue how anyone could talk so much
Sachin: Sir aap bhi Madam ke saath hain?
Raghav just shakes his head
Radhika: Aap meri baat suniye, mera 4 din ke visit ke baare mein Sharmaji (Director of Licenses and Approvals) ko do hafte se email bhej rahi hoon main, unhoney aapse baat nahi ki?
Sachin: Madam main to License Fee mein clerk hoon
Rad: Iska matlab aap Sharmaji se milte nahi? Unka peon kahan hai
Sachin:Madam woh hafte ki chhutti par hai
Rad: Great! Poonam get ready to pitch the camp tents yaar. Aaj raat ko yahin
Sachin: madam daftar mein aap.....
Rad: Poonam Arindam ko call karen? Usko keh de? I think it would be a good idea, he wanted me to cover Lucknow in this trip, Kanpur will take me a decade methinks
Poonam:Radhika, aadha ghanta wait.........
Rad:AADHA? I plan to be here all nite, or we take the address and ambush Mr Sharma at his house
Sachin: AMBUSH ka kya matlab hai madam, woh ghar zyaadatar Ambassador gaadi mein nahi jaate hain, apni Sentru hai unke paas.
He has no clue what Radhika is plotting
Sachin is confused and lost decides to shift attention to the tall guy
Sachin:Sir aap kis kaam se?
Raghav: Business.... (bland)
Sachin: Aap subah Mahant ji se milkar aaye nahi?
Raghav nods dispassionately, his eyes rove over the gal in orange and purple who is on the phone now, WHILE she searches for  a pen and a note pad................ he can see the world through her curls, they are shiny and seem like a telescope lens with those black rings........
Poonam: Rad, chal unke kamre ke aage chup chaap baithte hain (hushed)
Rad: Isko mat chhodna (pointing to Sachin)
Sachin is suddenly fearful, the gal in orange seems scary. He actually takes a step back
Poonam: Raddddd
Rad: Agar yeh gaayab ho gaya na, Sharmaji mil chuke phir(yells into the phone) "Dia Arindam aa gaya kya? Usko phone do yaar please" pause "Stalk him Poonam" (whispers)
Sachin: madam main to bus aapki help kar raha tha! (afraid)
Raghav finds teh whole situation hilarious....... there is a microscopic twitch on one edge of his mouth
Rad: Dia? Haan.......
Sachin: Sirjee main to jaata hoon abhi
Raghav continues to lean
Radhika puts her phone on hold stares the the tall guy with too much hair on his head and a soul patch and glasses
"Are you part of the picketing volunteers?"
Poonam is apalled "RAD!"
Poonam: sorry! (to Raghav)
Raghav just stares at her while his phone rings
Rad: The fact that you chose to follow us and hang out with us I assumed you were part of...... Poonam what was the NGO yaar
Poonam: Sharmajiiiiiiiii (she prays looking up at the sky)
Sachin: Aapne faram pe sign le liye Guptajee ke (to Raghav)
Raghav: Hmmm
Poonam (to Raghav ) Sorry!
Raghav fishes out a manila folder from his neat pile of papers he is holding
Sachin sifts through, "aapki fees to maaf hai"
Rad is stunned, "Dia baad mein"
Hangs up
Rad: AAP LOGON KI FEES MAAF KAR DETE HAIN?
Rad: Aapko maloom hain India ki 60% abaadi ek waqt ke khaane ko mohtaaj hai
Sachin is seriously terrified, he turns around and almost runs.....
Poonam: Tu marwaayegi yaar
Rad: Dekh bhaag gaya...... what a crook man! They actually have the authority to pardon fees? What is this? A State Govt Corporation intended to bring business into the state or the Bill Gates Foundation? This is ridiculous yaar.
Poonam: Pehle Mr Sharma se baat uske baad,
Rad: Umesh nahi aaya na abhi water test ke results lekar? Gosh we are screwed...... (runs her fingers through her hair accentuating her sharp features and saucer like eyes and continues to ramble as Raghav stares speechless)
Rad is giving Raghav a dirty look,
Rad: Unbelievable!
Raghav grunts an "Amen" in agreement inaudibly. ;)
