You as a whole
A reluctant father is not the best thing for my child" she said her voice cracking with emotion, the child was equally his..as it was hers.. but the way she claimed the unborn pea sized thing made him extremely jealous
"A runaway wife is not the best thing for a marriage" he spat back
His hands placed firmly on both sides of her head...
"I" she began ... stuttered and stopped.... as he swiftly yanked the scuncie off her high pony tail...
"Whaa" she shrieked...
"The scent of shampoo nauseates me" "I dont know if there is a scent free shampoo" she wailed... leaned back on the wall as her silky hair enveloped her cheeks softly like a black waterfall.......
"No such issues with aftershave I am hoping" he asked concerned...
Just as she looked up at him startled... she found his head bending towards her...
Thankfully... there was no issue......... but she was hurting from last nite's blow... so she held her arousal back
His lips carressed under her ear.... he loved her ears.... and she squirmed and kicked....
"Not aftershave... but you as a whole (nauseate me)" she whimpered feebly......
They struggled on the wall like two people jostling to get inside a rush hour Mumbai BEST bus.........
He didnt want to know anything about her pregnancy.... he hated the fact that she was going through something privately.... in which he had a HUGE part... yet was unable to be a part of
Dadi walked in on both.... she turned away hiding behind his back
Dadi started walking out of the room mortified
He hid her behind him and casually pulled his phone out his tousled hair a clear give away
"I want you hear for the pooja" Dadi just said it... found her struggling to soothe her dress and hair......
"I have three meetings in three corners of this monster city" Shaan barked
"If thats the case then I will send her to Bai's for the next 8 months......you can work in peace" Dadi spat back
His wife slid out of her hiding place...........embarrassed
"Aur tu! Quit playing along... he is a brat" Dadi waved her index finger.
Shaan was unmoved...
"Chalo neeche puttar Bai aur Aada tujhe pooch rahe hai..." Dadi was angry with her grandson... which happened rarely
"Hmmm" she said softly..
"Pradyun ko tune kaha kya?" Dadi muttered something as they walked along
Shaan went on the phone, watched her walk away.
Dadi uttered the next sentence aloud, outside Ritu's door so Shaan could hear it inside
"Agar yeh 3 baje pooja mein nahi aaya, to tu subah ki flight se Ahmedabad chali ja"
Khanak nodded... sadly
HL brought Khanak one of the landline receivers....
She answered, startled... it was the Trust in Pune... she didnt want Dadi to find out... and her husband... she was broke, unemployed and pregnant.... she didnt need any more handouts...

And the call from trust fund..Another debt..Did Shaan pay for it???

ReplyDeleteSigh! Sigh! He just cannot ignore her or get over her! Loved their little interaction, his concern and jealousy over the new turn, but HE has made the choice to not be involved, but he can in other ways :)
Khanak is in debt or taken another loan? Waiting, she wont change neither will he, an miracle is needed for them to find the balance...I am hoping they come to a point where they are ABLE to talk to each other atleast without arguing :P

Shantanu gave excuse of meetings for not able to attend puja.
Loved Dadi. She is being strict and said him to attend puja otherwise she will send Khanak with her parents.
Khanak got a call from Pune trust. Did she taken another loan? Did Shantanu know about it? She want to hide it from both Dadi and Shantanu.
Will Shantanu attend puja?
Aditi we want to know how Shantanu found about Khanak's whereabouts when she was away from him . Please give us Arnav's POV.

her priorities will change with time.....atleast im hoping so.......if she is broke and in need of help, i hope shaan will be there atleast discreetly.....savouring their interaction...want more of them.....
